Shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days from the date the order is received and confirmed.
- Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other logistics providers.
- We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above INR 1,000.
Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver your order within 7–14 business days. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Marked as Delivered
If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation email or message. We will promptly investigate the matter with our courier partner.
Express Delivery
Express delivery is available on selected orders. However, express shipping is not available during sale or promotional periods.
Returns
- We do not accept returns.
- Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Only size exchanges are permitted, subject to the Exchange Policy outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
